1,5 million DDK for three new projects

The Danish 3R-Center will promote the 3Rs by initiating research projects focusing on one or more of the 3Rs. Every year 1,5 million DKK is reserved for research funding.
This year the following projects have been supported:
Impact of shelter enrichment of metabolic cages in studies of protein metabolism (Helle Nygaard Lærke, Aarhus University)
Genetic modification of mice without the need for extensive breeding (Per Svenningsen, University of Southern Denmark)
Investigation and analyses of internal validity in Danish preclinical research (Birgitte S Kousholt, Aarhus University
